Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients (banks & billers)aligned with the company’s objectives through partnership initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, and networking).
- Identify and generate project opportunities from both new and existing clients by matching company products, services, and capabilities with client needs and requirements.
- Develop business cases and proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial viability.
- Coordinate with existing clients to develop and maintain revenue streams through upselling / cross-selling strategies, promotional activities, and other creative engagement methods.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine pricing strategies, taking into account both internal considerations and external market factors.
- Monitor the execution of agreements and projects with clients and partners.
- Gather and analyze market, competitor, and industry insights to support management decision-making.
- Support and execute other sales and marketing initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales, preferably have worked in a Financial Technology company.
- Proven experience in developing business cases and proposals, handling multiple product with customized service, determining pricing, and review as well as monitor the agreements with clients.
- Preferably experienced in handling clients such as banks, billers, or other corporate entities across industries.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
