Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support product and partnership program implementation. This role ensures smooth coordination, strong documentation, and operational readiness across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in product and program development, including preparation of materials, coordination, and follow-up actions
- Manage internal coordination across departments to ensure alignment, timelines, and smooth execution
- Handle documentation and governance, including maintaining project documents, reports, SOPs, and administrative requirements
- Support execution readiness, ensuring all operational, logistical, and coordination aspects are prepared before implementation
- Assist in resolving operational issues during program or partnership implementation
- Conduct monitoring and reporting on project or program progress, milestones, and outcomes
- Ensure activities are executed according to agreed plans, standards, and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in project or program coordination
- Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple units and manage tight deadlines
- Firm, proactive, yet communicative in working with stakeholders
- Good documentation, reporting, and administrative skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
