Business Development & Partnerships Executive
At Shieldtag, we help brands protect their products and customers through advanced security labels and holographic authentication solutions.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Executive who enjoys building relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
In this role, you’ll work closely with brands, distributors, agents, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand Shieldtag’s presence across multiple industries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with brands and industry stakeholders
- Generate and manage qualified B2B leads
- Support partnership discussions and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams on growth initiatives
- Explore co-marketing opportunities and strategic collaborations
- Represent Shieldtag at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Account Executive, or other client-facing roles
- Experience in B2B environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable networking and building new relationships
- Willing to do canvassing, both online and offline
- Proactive, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
