About KoleBox
KoleBox is a technology-driven platform for trading cards and collectibles, connecting physical collectibles with digital experiences. We are building an integrated platform in Indonesia around digital pack opening backed by real inventory, card commerce, collection management, trading, grading submissions and physical delivery. Our vision is to build digital infrastructure for Southeast Asia’s collectibles market. We are growing our Jakarta team, starting with card e-commerce, grading services and local partnerships as we develop the KoleBox App.
About the role
Help build KoleBox’s local network of card stores, collector communities and commercial partners. The core of this role is meeting potential partners, following up and turning discussions into working relationships. You will also support local operations, community engagement and social media. Social media training can be provided.
What you will do
• Identify, contact and visit card stores, TCG communities and potential partners in Jakarta and nearby areas.
• Present KoleBox’s card products, grading-related services and partnership proposals; handle discussions, negotiations and follow-through.
• Maintain partner relationships through WhatsApp and other channels, respond to enquiries and coordinate next steps.
• Support card collection, handover and logistics coordination for grading submissions, and gather feedback from stores and collectors.
• Assist with Instagram, TikTok or other local social media content, community activities, brand campaigns and offline events.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with local and international colleagues, sharing market insights to improve our products and services.
What we are looking for
• Based in Jakarta or nearby and available for full-time work with regular local visits.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English or Mandarin for communication with our international team.
• Confident riding a motorcycle and/or driving a car, with the corresponding valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Comfortable approaching new people, explaining proposals, handling questions and following up proactively.
• Genuine interest in Pokémon TCG, other trading card games or collectibles, with some basic understanding of the category.
• Reliable, responsible and able to execute and follow through independently.
Nice to have
Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, channel development or customer relationships. Participation in card-store communities or local TCG events, relevant contacts, and social media or event experience are all welcome.
