Job Description:
- Work directly with the Manager to execute business development and operational improvement projects.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and product research to identify new business opportunities and sales channels.
- Support B2B sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer data analysis.
- Support marketplace development, including new SKU listings, product catalog, and performance analysis.
- Assist in organizing business data, reports, and administrative processes to help management make better decisions.
- Identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and help implement practical solutions across the business.
Qualifications:
- University student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Available and committed to complete a minimum 3-month internship program.
- Curious, proactive, analytical, and eager to learn how a real business operates.
- Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets and business data.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to share ideas and challenge existing processes.
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, business research, sales, marketplace, or data analysis is a plus.
