Business Development – Strategic Partnerships (PT AMS, Jabodetabek) | Commission-Based
About PT AMS:
PT AMS is a property venture firm focused on land acquisition, build-to-suit projects, indent housing, and strategic partnerships across the Jabodetabek region. We are expanding our network and seeking driven partners to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure land plots, project sites, and potential property assets for collaboration
- Build partnerships with landowners, contractors, brokers, community leaders, and local stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, project leads, and joint venture prospects
- Negotiate terms aligned with company goals and syariah-compliant principles
- Maintain relationships with all partners to ensure smooth, long-term cooperation
- Report progress, leads, and partnership updates regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK; background in sales, property, or networking is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Jabodetabek areas and local communities preferred
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
- Own active mobile phone and internet access
- NO joining fee, deposit, or hidden costs to join
Compensation & Benefits:
✅ 100% Commission-Based – No base salary, no forced targets
