Location: Jakarta Pusat

Experience: 2+ years in Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or Partnership Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop revenue growth strategies through partnerships with brands and influencers across digital platforms (TikTok, IG, Shopee etc.).

2. Manage and execute endorsement & live commerce campaigns with brands and KOLs to maximize sales and engagement.

3. Build a strong network of influencers and brand partners to create long-term business opportunities.

4. Identify potential brands for collaboration in marketing campaigns, promotions, and live streaming events.

5. Optimize KOL Affiliate programs to enhance the effectiveness of endorsements and campaign ROI.

6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers, managing a database for future collaborations.

7. Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.

8. Negotiate contracts and proposals to secure the best deals that benefit the company.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or Partnership Management.

2. Strong network of brands & influencers across multiple categories (Beauty, F&B, Fashion, Home Living, etc.).

3. Proven ability to develop and execute endorsement & live streaming strategies to drive revenue.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and digital marketing strategies.

5. Track record of successfully generating revenue through brand partnerships & influencer marketing.
