BD Recruitment Requirements
We are currently looking for experienced BD team members who understand the end-to-end BD workflow and are able to manage KOL/creator partnerships independently.
Key Requirements
* Experienced in handling KOL/Creator partnerships end-to-end, from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, collaboration, and performance follow-up.
* Target-oriented and accustomed to working with KPIs, including collaboration targets, GMV, NMV, and other business performance metrics.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, and external partners.
* Able to identify and evaluate potential KOLs/creators based on their profile, content quality, audience, and performance potential.
* Able to manage multiple KOL/creator collaborations simultaneously while maintaining good follow-up and execution.
* Data-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to monitor results and adjust strategies based on performance.
* Proactive and responsible, with good ownership of assigned targets and projects.
* Familiar with the TikTok/Shopee affiliate ecosystem and creator marketing is a strong advantage.
