💼 BUSINESS CONSULTANT
As a Business Consultant, you will bridge the gap between client requirements and effective business solutions. You will leverage data, analyze processes, and drive successful project implementations across various industrial sectors.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Data & Tech Savvy: Strong SQL Query and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Mindset: Creative, proactive, and deeply solution-oriented.
- Analytical Power: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven Business Analysis capabilities.
- Client Management: Ability to deeply understand client requirements and translate them into effective, scalable business solutions.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in ERP, Financial, or Payroll implementation projects.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently engage with stakeholders.
- Language: English proficiency is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' current business processes and identify areas for improvement and digitalization.
- Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to back up strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless implementation of systems (ERP, Finance/Payroll, and Plantation Management Systems) based on client needs.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and solutions to key stakeholders and clients.
