- Plan and coordinate the process required for the user and system necessary both for business and support units.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Delegate responsibilities of team members and maintain team member's regular work schedule.
- Manage and provide monitoring to the team members' progress regularly.
- Ensure the project implementation is aligned with the scope, timeline, budget, and objectives.
- Submit regular report and escalate to Director and Partner level as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Accounting, IT, Business, or Science related major from reputable universities, with GPA > 3,50. Hold a Master Degree would be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management or related fields.
- Hold professional certification in project management, business, risk, or technology would be an advantage
- Able to lead, coach and manage team members to achieve project objectives
- Pay attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing skills both in English and Bahasa
- Have no mobility issues
