Job Description:
- Learn the fundamentals of business consulting and technology solutions.
- Identify and explore potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and challenges.
- Learn how to translate business needs into relevant IT solutions.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Gain exposure to proposal and tender processes.
- Learn pipeline management and business opportunity tracking.
- Support the commercial process from opportunity development to closing.
- Work collaboratively with internal business and technical teams.
- Develop professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Business Consulting, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong interest in Business, Technology, Consulting, Sales, or Client Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in communicating and presenting ideas.
- Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous internship, organization, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
