## Business Automation Programmer

*Location:* Bali

*Employment:* Full-time

DOKOYO is looking for a programmer to build and maintain automation systems across our business, from website orders and production to reporting and customer notifications.

### Responsibilities

* Analyse manual business processes and automate them.

* Build workflows using n8n, Make.com, Shopify Flow, or similar tools.

* Develop Python scripts and simple internal tools.

* Connect Shopify, Google Workspace, databases, email, cloud storage, and other platforms through APIs and webhooks.

* Automate order processing, file naming, production folders, inventory alerts, SKU checks, customer notifications, and reports.

* Monitor workflows, fix errors, and create clear documentation.

* Support AI integrations where needed.

### Qualifications

* Good Python programming skills.

* Experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.

* Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and databases.

* Understanding of error handling and workflow monitoring.

* Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

* Able to work independently.

* Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate in English.

### Preferred Skills

* Shopify API and webhooks.

* JavaScript, SQL, Git, or Docker.

* AI API integration.

* E-commerce or manufacturing workflow experience.
