Job Description
- Serve as the key liaison between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and business partners), ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on the progress of projects and departmental tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic and administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing end-to-end logistical arrangements (meeting rooms, documents, and travel).
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin, Office Administrator, or Administrative Assistant.
- Based in Bintaro, Pondok Aren, or surrounding areas.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a must.
- Good understanding of general business processes and company operations.
