We're Hiring: Business & Product Development
📍 Location: PIK 2 — Full Time On-site
What You'll Do
Research trends and develop new products, scents, and gift concepts.
Source materials, packaging, and accessories for new collections.
Coordinate with suppliers and production partners throughout the product development process.
Improve existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
Ensure product quality and prepare product specifications.
Work closely with the marketing team for product launches.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in product development or a similar role.
Creative with a strong interest in beauty, home fragrance, personal care, or gifting products.
Detail-oriented with good project management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Starting IDR 5 million / month (based on experience & qualifications)
