Business & Operations Staff

PT Sinergi Chemtech Nusantara (SCN) is looking for an experienced and highly driven Business & Operations Staff to support our growing fertilizer business. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from production, supplier coordination, logistics, and delivery to customers, while also supporting SCN's business development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production and delivery processes from manufacturing partners to customers.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
• Ensure product quality, quantity, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage logistics and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Support commercial negotiations and customer acquisition.
• Provide regular operational and business performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fertilizer, chemicals, agriculture, mining supply, commodity trading, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of production, supply chain, logistics, and B2B business.
• Good network and relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, plantations, mining companies, or industrial customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently and willing to travel when required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
