(Key Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end store operations with full accountability for performance
- Drive business results, from daily execution excellence to financial outcomes
- Collaborate closely with mall management, vendors, and strategic partners
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing frontline team
- Contribute actively to expansion initiatives and long-term growth strategy
(Qualifications)
We are looking for a professional who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or related field preferred)
- Has proven experience leading store or operational teams
- Demonstrates strong capability in managing daily operations and team performance
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office
- Communicates confidently in English (spoken and written)
- Possesses strong coordination and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates an ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
(Preferred Advantages)
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, F&B, or entertainment industries
- Exposure to budgeting, P&L management, or multi-location operations
