Sugar Group is Indonesia’s largest sugar producer operating integrated sugar cane plantations and sugar factories. Our flagship product is the retail pack sugar, Gulaku, distributed throughout modern market and the general trade.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and agile Business Analyst with a strong curiosity for data and process optimization. In this role, you will turn raw data into valuable insights to drive our strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and analyze internal business data.
• Design and maintain data visualization and reports for management.
• Develop, Implement, and maintain Web Dashboards, simple android apps, and n8n workflows based on business requirements and technical specification
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver AI-Driven Solutions.
• Identify data trends and patterns to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or fields related to data works, with minimum GPA of 3.2. Fresh graduate welcome.
• Familiar with Excel, Data Visualization Tools, Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining n8n workflows.
• Strong drive to learn new technologies and understand the company's industry.
• knowledge of database (eg. SQL)
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work well independently or in a team.
• Experience in app development is a plus
• AI related certification is a plus
