REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) of Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 years experience in Business Process
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good analysis skill
- Familiar with agile
- Strong knowledge in SQL Database
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Business Process design tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Project Lead and Application Developers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a Plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
- Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation
- Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams
- Act as a consultant/advisor to others analysts
