Deskripsi pekerjaan
We are looking for someone who possesses critical thinking and sharp analytical skills. As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Product Team and Sales Team.
What you will do:
• Evaluate and identify existing problems and/or challenges in the customers' business process
• Present possible areas for improvement and the technology solution to customers
• Work with the Product Team to design a new version of improved workflow
• Perform a quality testing on the solution
• Liaise with Product Team to accommodate change requests from the customers
Requirements:
• Max 35 years old
• Should have at least 2-3 years experiences in a related role that requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving, business sense, and data-driven
• Experienced in B2B area,
• Previous work experiences in ERP will be an advantage although not mandatory
• Familiar with UML will be a plus
• Has a learning mind and passionate towards new technology standards
• Excellent communication skill: active listening, effective speaking, proficient writing technique
• Own a positive character and happy to work in a team setting
• Willing to work in West Jakarta (Kebon Jeruk Business Park)
