Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst Ikonsultan Inovatama

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process support, business analysis, or similar role
  • Basic understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and policy documentation
  • Familiar with creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and related documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail to identify gaps and inconsistencies in processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and requirement gathering
  • Ability to document meeting outcomes clearly (e.g., Minutes of Meeting) and track follow-ups
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with process improvement and standardization practices is a plus
  • Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi) is an advantage
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and approval workflows is preferred
  • Full on-site work is required in Central Jakarta

Job Description:

  • Support Business Process Analyst in developing and finalizing business process flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policy documentation
  • Assist in gathering user requirements through stakeholder discussions and cross-functional coordination
  • Contribute to the preparation, review, and refinement of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and related documentation
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track follow-up actions from business process discussions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate approval processes and ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Identify and resolve minor gaps or inconsistencies in documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure business process and policy documentation are detailed, structured, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Support the standardization, evaluation, and continuous improvement of business processes across departments
