Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze business processes & domain requirements
- Perform analytical thinking & problem framing to identify solutions
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation
- Support project delivery through effective stakeholder management & communication
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- 1–2 years of experience as Business Analyst or related role
- Proficient in Documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Basic technical understanding (bridging skill between business & IT)
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Certification (Preferred):
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
