We are currently building the #1 insurtech in Southeast Asia that helps people to reach insurance in the most efficient way. We are looking for Business Analyst to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating an analysis information methods related to company business needs.
Analyzing and interpreting the results of reports made to support strategies and business planning.
Analyzing data and converted to become an opportunity or breaktrough to develop company business.
Providing explanations and suggestions regarding company performance issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to provide the data for adhoc and regular reporting analysis.
Building an effective dashboard data visualization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Informatics Technology, Information System, Mathematics, or Statistics.
At least 2 years of working experience specialize in finance data reconcilliation at e-Commerce, Start-Up, Financial Industry or Banking.
Having experiences minimum 2 years in BI or other Analytic Environment.
Have a good logical thinking, structured thinking, and strong analytical sense with the ability to create actionable insight by aggregating and calculating large-scale data scale.
Can work under pressure, both individually or as team and meet deadline.
Proficient to handle big data and use Microsoft Excel is a must.
Ability to use Tableau as data dashboard.
Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary.
Have a good integrity, interpersonal, communication.
