Job Description :
Accept and record complaint from User
Doing application maintenance
Identifying problems and daily troubleshoot
Assisting developer team on User Guide making
Alongside with developer team on making Business Requirement Document
Follow UP UAT Phase
Recording Post Implementation Review
Requirements  :
Basic programming (PHP, Framework CodeIgniter)
SQL Query (Prefer SQL Server)
Having good documentation skill
