BUSINESS ANALYST
Work Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research client business models to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Financial Analysts and Legal Analysts to conduct in depth analysis of client data and business operations.
- Support of strategic recommendations related to risk management, fraud prevention, and AML compliance to optimize business performance.
- Assist in evaluating cost structures, operational efficiency, and profit drivers to provide actionable business insights.
- Conduct monitoring and analysis related to Anti Money Laundering (AML), fraud detection, and risk assessment activities.
- Assist the Head of Risk Management and collaborate closely with cross functional teams across CORIM Indonesia on a daily basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, business sector developments, and relevant regulations in Indonesia and other jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or related fields such as Anti Money Laundering (AML) Analyst, Fraud Analyst or Risk Analyst.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Able to conduct research, interpret data, and provide strategic business insights.
- Good understanding of business operations, financial concepts, market analysis, risk management, fraud detection, and AML compliance.
- Familiar with regulatory frameworks, compliance procedures, and risk assessment processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Eager to learn about various industries, business models, and regulatory developments.
