Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst PT. Amalura Multi Dimensi
Scope of Work:
• Create data items that are needed in the business process in UI/UX and solve simple CR.
• Analyze root causes and resolution for any problem.
• Review resolution for incidents and problems to ensure the resolution are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible.
• Conduct incident and service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, and service improvement
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field from reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or UAT activities is required.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Have a basic SQL skill and Query.
• Understand of IT Services Market & Business will be preferred
• Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to sign 6-12 months contract
• Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
