Business Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Analyst. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams — transforming complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every solution we build is aligned with business goals, user expectations, and technical feasibility.
Requirement
● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software solutions.
● Has run at least 2 full project cycles through close-out as an analyst.
● Proficient in wireframing & process tools: Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar.
● Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
● Strong analytical thinking in problem identification through to resolution.
● Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
● Detail-oriented with good time management — capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
● BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) certification is a strong advantage.
● Prior experience as Developer, System Analyst, or QA/QC is a bonus.
Responsibilities
● Engage with stakeholders and lead users to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
● Define Business Success Criteria and build User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios based on requirement gathering results.
● Create User Stories and Product Backlogs in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodology.
● Produce wireframes, screenflows, data flow diagrams, swimlane activity diagrams, and functional use cases to illustrate business process flows tied to system functionality.
● Provide initial effort estimates (timeline / number of sprints) related to the system specification design.
● Conduct gap analysis between current ("as-is") and desired ("to-be") business processes and recommend improvements.
● Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analysis reports to support decision-making.
● Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team throughout the project lifecycle.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and change logs.
