Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking/FSI industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and relevant software tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
- Own laptop required for role-related activities, primarily during office hours, minimum 1-year usage.
- Experience analyzing business data and creating visualizations for decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Willingness to work onsite
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions to address business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing, and production support.
- Perform business and user requirement analysis, including creating mockups.
- Develop project documentation, such as functional specifications, business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Execute each phase of the full software development life cycle, from scoping to end-user testing.
- Work closely with design, development, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track project progress.
- Participate in ideation, research, design, development, and launch of new products.
- Ensure quality assurance of features according to industry best practices.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
