Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma IV (D4) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience in business process analysis and documentation
- Able to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good documentation and presentation skills
