Job Description

Gain an understanding of the business processes relevant to the solution goals.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand product requirements.
Document processes to help refine the problem the solution is trying to solve.
Construct Digital & Analytics solution.
Present fact, data, business processes, solution and insight to the business user.
Design and develop business analysis documents, such as requirement documents, functional specifications and flow diagrams.
Design and translate the business model of the product into a backlog.
Create tasks according to specified standards.
Perform testing and validation of developers’ work.
Follow up on product issues reported by the operational team.
Evaluate operational efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.

General Requirements

Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related majors.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system development concepts.
Eager to learn, high motivation.
Versatile and having a good work ethic.
Good problem solving, analytical and leadership skill.
Creative and able to work in a team.
Proficient in using Office Software (Microsoft Office, WPS, Polaris, LibreOffice).

Specific Requirements

Have experience as Business and System Analyst / architect in digital transformation project for minimum 2 years.
Have good presentation skill.
Have deep knowledge in the field of project development life cycle (Agile or Iterative).
Understand flowchart and can design or plan information system.
Understand IT and Information System.
Good in database, flowchart and have a basic programming.
Able to create Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and mockups.
Ability and endurance to document processes and product specifications.
Have experience in analyzing and designing business processes using data flow diagrams and UML.
Have experiences as System Analyst / Implementer / Developer will be an advantage.

Synapsis is taken from the word “synapse”, which are vital structures that connect every neuron in the human body and allow cells to send electrical or chemical signals to other target neurons. as our motto to connect everything. The synapsis.id logo consists of two symbols that have identical shapes, light blue and dark blue which can be interpreted as needs and solutions. Each symbol of light blue and dark blue is identical, but it would not be compatible without the letter S bridge in the middle which symbolizes that synapsis.id is a bridge to unite the two symbols.

Synapsis.id are registered as PT. Synapsis Sinergi Digital that aims to support our partners in solving their problems in efficient and effective way using advanced and reliable Internet of Things solutions. To achieve our visions, we provide end-to-end services from analysing, designing, prototyping, manufacturing, and installing the integrated IoT solutions. We are experienced in developing IoT systems. Our IoT systems have been deployed to solve the problems in offices, cities, and also rural villages (3T: Tertinggal, Terdepan, dan Terluar) in Indonesia.
