We are looking for a Business Analyst to support management and cross-functional teams through structured data management, reporting, and business analysis. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards, organizing business data, and turning operational information into actionable insights to support business growth and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with previous internship experience is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with dashboards is a plus.
- Able to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and business-minded.
- Familiarity with project coordination or project tracking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems for management and operational teams.
- Manage and organize business data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across departments.
- Analyze operational and business performance data to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with different divisions to solve operational and business challenges through structured analysis.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and execution when needed.
- Improve reporting workflows and help create more efficient data processes across the organization.
