- 3-5 years experience in a DMS or SFA implementation project.
- Aware about system to system integration.
- Strong in business analyst and have a detail oriented and structure thinker.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Able to translate business need into solution specifications, functional documents and configuration requirements.
- Familiarity with collaborations tools in Jira.
- Competent in analyzing data to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunity.
- Strong communications abilities with project stakeholders, Steerco, Distributor team.
- Strong problem solving mindset as well as ability to work with both technical teams and business users
