1. Support Research Activities
o Coordinate research projects from questionnaire design through fieldwork, data validation, analysis, and reporting.
o Monitor the deliverables schedule
2. Dashboard and Reporting Development
o Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms through coordination with the BI team.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency including outliers, data cleaning, etc by coordination with Data Engineer team.
o Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to identify consumer, market, and business trends.
3. Insight Generation and Storytelling
o Synthesize data from multiple sources to create compelling business narratives.
o Prepare executive summaries, presentation materials, and management reports highlighting key findings and implications.
