Job Description
1. Support the end-to-end business setup and initial operations, including planning, preparation, execution, and day-to-day operational activities.
2. Assist in developing and implementing business plans, operational strategies, processes, SOPs, systems, and workflows.
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business analysis to support business development, decision-making, and growth initiatives.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, business partners, clients, and other stakeholders, while supporting procurement, logistics, administrative, and other operational requirements.
5. Monitor business performance, budgets, costs, and key operational indicators, and prepare relevant business, operational, financial, and management reports.
6. Take ownership of assigned projects and cross-functional initiatives, identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement, and support the execution of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business development, operations, FMCG, project management, or related fields.
3. Experience in consulting firms, FMCG companies, startups, SMEs, or other fast-paced business environments is preferred.
4. Strong business acumen, analytical, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and execution-oriented approach to turning ideas and plans into actionable tasks.
5. Demonstrates a strong growth mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
7. Willing to undertake business trips as required to support business operations.
