Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst Enfactum
The Business Analyst is required to have strong skill sets in the following key areas:
requirement definition and analysis, documentation, project planning and implementation. This role takes ultimate responsibility for identifying and solving problems affecting the business solution and works closely with the business analyst lead in planning for gap study workshops with stakeholders. Additionally, experience in working on local payment networks in any of these countries- Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Philippines, Korea, and Myanmar
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Business Requirements Analysis working with Business Owners and Ops Teams
- Assist in the analysis of complex requirements and breakdown into simple requirements
- Assist to review requirements coverage and provide requirements traceability
- Assist in enabling detailed review sessions with Business and Ops Teams
- Assist in preparing the following artefacts:
- Gap Study Approach Plan
- Fit & Gap Analysis Document
- Functional and Non-functional requirements document
- Review gap analysis report
