Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst in Middle Level to bridge business needs with technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and digital solutions.

Job Description

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents (BRD).
3. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Analyze existing business processes and recommend system or process improvements.
5. Support requirement clarification during development and testing phases.
6. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating business requirements and coordinating with users.
7. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides when required.
8. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar role.
3. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, or Use Cases).
4. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology.
5. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
6. Able to create process flows using Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
7. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain business and technical concepts clearly.
9. Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
