Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst PT Manajemen Bisnis Nusantara
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing project plans, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and provide regular status updates to management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct through analysis of business needs and requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans and recommendations
- Conduct financial report analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
- Facilitate internal & external meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and discuss potential solutions after invest
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in Business Analysis in an official financial institution or company registered with OJK is preferable
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and analytical skills
