Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze business requirements, develop detailed process documentation, and evaluate business performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business processes. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders to align requirements and expectations, ensuring the implementation of successful business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to assess data and develop insights
- Strong understanding of Business Process and the ability to identify and implement efficiencies
- Proven ability to define, document, and gather Business Requirements to support clear project execution
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently on projects
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is advantageous
