About us:
OTO.com (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.
Job-Description:
- Solving complex business problems and optimizing business processes.
- Schedules meetings with sales team.
- Resolves sales team concerns and inquiries.
- Conduct qualitative data analysis explaining key business metrics trends, and patterns, and business strategy suggestions.
- Design and maintain dashboards, ad-hoc reports and visualize them in a way understandable for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Cross Functional Collaboration with internal department to solved daily issue.
- Develop business presentations and prefent findings to senior management using story telling techniques.
Qualification:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in management consulting, tech, or internet companies/startups is preferred. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply also.
- Data analysis skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and GDS.
- Ability to work under pressure, numerous projects, and compressed timelines.
- Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
