Job Description:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as BRD, FSD, User Story, and process flow.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
- Coordinate with Business Users, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD, User Story, Process Flow).
- Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Draw.io is preferred.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services projects is an advantage.
