You are expected to be able to:
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify and analyze opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks to design and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Evaluate and implement Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions to optimize business processes
- Create detailed BPMN diagrams to illustrate complex business processes
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and business process metrics
- Provide insights through data-driven visualizations to support decision-making
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor degree in computer science, or related field
- Open for Junior (1-3 years exp) and Senior (4-7 years exp) positions
- Proficient in data tools like BPMN, SQL, and Tableau
- Skilled in Business Process Management; certification preferred (CBPP, CBAP, SS Black Belt or similar certification)
- Experience in the TelCo Industry is a plus
- Experience in implementing Intelligent Automation
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
