Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
- Develop and manage roadmaps for business initiatives
- Identify and manage risks related to business changes
- Coordinate with IT teams for technology solution implementation
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive business documentation
- Develop and execute change strategies to ensure successful adoption
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations with proposed solutions
- Provide impact analysis and transition plans for process changes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience with CRM or ERP
- Familiar with business licensing process
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques and tools
Experience with requirements gathering and management methodologies
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
