As we continue to expand our services in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan, we are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst SPV to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier IT talent.
The Business Analyst SPV will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. This position involves gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between clients and technical teams, and supporting the implementation of data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping business processes, optimizing workflows, and leveraging tools such as Jira, Microsoft Visio, and SQL to enhance operational efficiency. They will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project objectives are met effectively and on time.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role is required, with a proven track record in process improvement and stakeholder management. Proficiency in SAP, SQL, Jira, Microsoft Visio, and Business Intelligence tools is essential, along with strong skills in requirements analysis and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
