Business Analyst (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry.

• Previous experience in one of the following roles:

- Logistics Analyst

- Supply Chain Analyst

- Supply Chain Business Analyst

- Operations Business Analyst

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and business data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Jobdesc :

• Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, operational issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate key operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, shipment performance, vehicle utilization, transportation costs, and service levels.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards for management.

• Analyze transportation costs and recommend cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.

• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct root cause analysis on delivery delays, shipment issues, and operational bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Identify business requirements and propose data-driven solutions to improve logistics and transportation processes.

• Support route optimization, capacity planning, and resource utilization initiatives.

• Evaluate operational performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service level agreements (SLAs).

• Assist in implementing new operational processes, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure consistency across operational reports and business analysis.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.

• Support strategic projects related to logistics operations, transportation performance, and business process optimization.

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and business decision-making.
