Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business needs, write specifications, and suggest solutions.
- Communicate requirements to team of developers and oversee development.
- Write test cases and check the development.
- Constantly communicate project and on-going tasks to customers.
- Organize and follow-up on implementations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and project management activities to ensure successful delivery of implementations.
Must Have
- Fluency in Japanese (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)
- At least 1 year of professional experiences
- Have an excellent understanding of business processes.
- Great planning and communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
Nice To Have
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, eaccounting or Equivalent.
- Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
