Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
2. Utilize CCTV and operational data to analyze customer traffic and business performance.
3. Support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
4. Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
4. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.
5. Basic understanding of AI, automation, or business process improvement is an advantage.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
