Business Analyst (Intern)

A newly set-up digital business and technology consulting service business is looking for commercial-minded, technically capable, and proactive students or fresh graduates for internship projects involving our strategic business development initiatives.

The position is open to all who are students or graduates who have experience in the field and looking to gain knowledge and practical experience within a consulting company as part of their studies. The work can also form part of a Masters thesis

This role gives an opportunity to work in a new and growing technology consulting start-up and get mentorship directly from the Founder of the company (a European with 25 years experience global business experience). The intern will also be able to gain basic knowledge in IT, Digital Marketing, and Design based on interaction with other team members.

The internship role is for 3 months in our office in Bandung and could be followed by a permanent full-time job offer, should there be satisfactory performance and a mutual match at end of the internship.

Job Description:

Lead and contribute to projects which involve part of the below elements:

· Market Research & Analysis to provide insights for new business development ideas

· Business analysis & evaluation of existing and new products/services (market sizing, commercial analysis, and financial analysis of opportunities)

· Develop commercial and financial tools to assist in business evaluation and development

· Advice on go-to-market strategies for commercially qualified product/service propositions

In addition to the projects:

· Provide data, information, and insights relevant for Sasana Digital and its clients

· Be part of client consulting team

Requirement:

· S2 Master’s in business administration (MBA), Master of Management / Master of Economics or Finance

· Students and fresh graduates are preferred

· English language proficiency in reading, speaking and writing at a good level (TOEIC/TOEFL test results required)

· A passion for research, analysis related to technology and business

· Interested in doing market, business, technical research & analysis are immensely curious.

· Strategic thinker and comfortable with financial data & analysis

· Full-time work from an office (WFO) during the internship

· Living in Bandung and willing to stay and work in Bandung

· Working hours: Monday to Saturday

· Daily allowance (uang saku) for internship (no salary for this role)

· Will get mentorship for the analyst from Founder & Candidates will also have scope to learn from the team about Digital Marketing, Design, IT, and much more
