IT Business System Analyst
- Placement: Insurance company
- Working Arrangement: Full WFO - South Jakarta
- Contract Status: PKWT 3 months under Kazokku (extendable)
- Willing to join immediately/ASAP
Job Description
- Analyze, identify, and gather business requirements for system development and enhancement projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system documentation for development teams.
- Review and validate proposed system designs to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and developers to clarify requirements and resolve system-related issues.
- Facilitate change management by assessing business impacts and recommending system improvements.
- Develop test scenarios, prepare test plans, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document system procedures, user manuals, and business process documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Conduct system training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users when required.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily time reporting and project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specification documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and test scenario creation.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis or validation is an advantage.
- Experience preparing technical and business documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
- Experience with Life Insurance systems is a plus.
