Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
· Analyze promotion campaigns end-to-end from concept to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
· Aid business development team to build effective promotions and partnerships.
· Proficiency in Web Analytics
· Analyze overall app conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy
· Deep dive into product analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Firebase, holistics, mixpanel and other internal dashboards.
· Understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
· Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
· Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase
· Grow our platform user base (supply and demand)
· Convert new user to become lifetime users
· Gathering input from customers and various internal departments, using the information to establish growth targets and execute solutions to improve on acquisition and retention.
Requirements
· MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience handling user growth or business analytics
· Has the experience as Business Analyst in consulting will be a PLUS
· Clear understanding of the mobile application ecosystem of customer engagement
· Experience with user engagement marketing platforms (Braze, Moengage & etc) and/or mobile marketing analytic tool such is AppsFlyer is a plus.
· Data driven and strong analytical skills
· Effective communication skills
