Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst (Fresh graduate) Pt Quanta Land Indonesia
As the role focuses on completing the projects efficiently and promptly, it is expected of the Analyst to see through the following duties and responsibilities required:
- Plan sensitivity tests for project initiation
- Conduct institutional analysis and provide macro regulatory updates
- Deliver real estate market research and comparison studies
- Support business development initiatives
- Ability to do preliminary real estate business and property valuation
- Understands the real estate development program and conduct feasibility studies
- Ability to generate financial statements & cash flow projection through financial modeling
- Required to develop the business investment proposals
- Monitor and project manage all active projects and investments
- Ability to provide directions and recommendations for business andreal estate development
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with major in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Real Estate with minimum GPA 3.50 out of 4.00.
- Good command of the English language and good communication/ presentation skills
- Good ability to use Microsoft Office suite
- Robust financial analytical skills with understanding of DCFs and IRRs
- Having growth mindset, eagerness to improve skills and knowledge
- Real Estate knowledge or construction experience will be an advantage
- Understands taxation issues related to real estate developments will be optional
- Have knowledge in commercial deals and negotiations will be a plus
- Knowledge of real estate / property valuation will be an advantage
- Strong at numbers & meticulous
- Preferably hardworking and detailed oriented females
