About the role
PT. Vardhana International Pacific is seeking a skilled Business Analyst & Finance Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in North Jakarta. This is a strategic position that combines financial expertise with analytical capability to support our business operations and financial decision-making processes. You will play a crucial role in translating complex financial data into actionable business insights, whilst ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Usia Min 22 tahun - Maks 27 tahun
- Pendidikan min S1
- Menguasai Ms. Excel (Wajib)
- Pengalaman menggunakan Accurate/Coretax menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan problem solving yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Finance, Accounting, Business Analyst, atau bidang terkait menjadi nilai tambah
- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
- Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan cold storage (suhu dingin)
- Bersedia bekerja lembur apabila dibutuhkan perusahaan
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analisa data bisnis, operasional, dan keuangan perusahaan
- Membuat costing, profit projection, dan evaluasi proyek
- Menyusun laporan keuangan, dan performa bisnis
- Monitoring kontrak, shipment, dan proyek berjalan
- Memberikan rekomendasi strategi bisnis kepada manajemen
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, purchasing, dan warehouse
